Aster Pharmacy is one of India’s fastest growing pharmacy chains. But there’s always potential to grow faster. To enable that, we created the Doctor & Patient Connect Programme.

For doctors, specifically-designed collateral helped them get a foot through the clinic doors, ultimately leading to co-branded tie-ups.

For patients and their caretakers, we created communication for every touchpoint outside and inside the clinic, so that even before the prescription was written, the patient knew where they could find all their medication at.

To make things simpler, we also designed posters that folks could scan to either get directions to the nearest Aster Pharmacy, or effortlessly give their prescriptions via WhatsApp to get their medicines home delivered.
