Narayana Health – Women’s Day #TrueSelfCare

Whether it’s killing it as a working professional or as a homemaker, Indian women have one thing in common — they put everything and everyone else before their own wellbeing. Sure, many do a little something in terms of self care — like eating healthy, getting a little exercise in, popping those supplements…but seriously, is that enough? Is that what #TrueSelfCare really is?

Which is why, we wanted to help them consider making lifestyle changes that actually made an impact on their wellbeing. A bunch of little and big things they could do to help put their physical & mental health at the top of their ever-growing checklist (along with everything else important up there). Rounding off this list was a suggestion to get their health check-ups done regularly. Because doing all these together is what #TrueSelfCare is all about.

For the days leading up to Women’s Day, and the day itself, to show us ourselves as the partner during this #TrueSelfCare journey we helped design general flyers that gave readers some helpful tips & tricks and spoke about their advanced health screening package; as well as collateral for events like their health talk and walkathon as well.
