HRH wanted us to create communication that not just assured employees of the Company’s robust feedback protocols, but also encouraged them to come forward and share their concerns without any fear of repercussion.

Keeping in mind the young age of a majority of the employees, we whipped up some interesting communication that was hard-hitting and easy to understand for folks for whom English may not be their first language.
